Cable Tray systems are designed and manufactured according to National (Indian Standard, CPRI) and International Standards (Such as NEMA VE1 and IEC 61537)

Materials:

  1. Pre-Galvanised Steel: Cable Trays shall meet the minimum yield and tense strength of the ASTM standards (ASTM A653) with G 90 coating thickness.
  2. Hot-Dip Galvanised Steel: Cable Trays are Hot-Dip Galvanised in accordance with ASTM A123.
  3. Stainless Steel: Cable Trays are constructed of AISI type 304, type 316 or type 316 L stainless steel.
  4. Powder Coated: Cable Trays are pre-treated and powder coated as per IEC Standards.
  5. Alu Zinc + Magnesium: Cable Trays with Zinc-Aluminium-Magnesium coating are ideal for multiple engineering applications where good corrosion resistance in very aggressive environments is required. Due to its unique composition it offers a self healing property on cut edges.
  6. HRCA (Hot Rolled and Close Annealed): Cable Trays are made of hot roll steel which shall meet IS2062 standard.
  7. CRCA (Cold Rolled Close Annealed): Cable Trays are made of cold roll steel which shall meet IS513 standard.

Description

Cable Trays – Perforated and Solid Bottom Cable Management

Overview

Cable trays provide organized support and routing for power cables, control cables and communication cables in industrial, commercial and infrastructure installations. Available in perforated (ventilated) and non-perforated (solid bottom) designs to suit different cable types and environmental conditions.

Types Available:

Perforated Cable Trays:

Feature ventilation slots for heat dissipation from power cables. Ideal for installations where cable cooling is important. Perforations also reduce tray weight and material cost.

Non-Perforated Cable Trays:

Solid bottom design provides maximum cable protection from debris, dust and environmental contaminants. Suitable for control cables, instrumentation cables and sensitive communication cables.

Features:

  • Multiple width and depth options for different cable loads
  • Corrosion-resistant galvanized or stainless steel construction
  • Easy installation with snap-on accessories
  • Modular system with complete range of fittings
  • Smooth edges prevent cable insulation damage
  • Compliance with electrical installation standards

Applications

  • Building services and MEP cable distribution
  • Industrial control panels and motor control centers
  • IT infrastructure and data center cabling
