Rubber Bellow with Fixed Flange – HVAC Expansion Joints

Overview

Resistoflex Rubber bellows with fixed flanges are flexible expansion joints where the rubber body is permanently vulcanized to metal flanges. This construction provides a leak-tight, reliable connection for HVAC chilled water, condenser water and general water piping applications requiring thermal expansion compensation and vibration isolation.

  • Molded rubber body vulcanized to fixed flanges
  • Single arch or double arch designs
  • Reinforced with multiple fabric plies
  • EPDM, natural rubber or nitrile compounds
  • Fixed ANSI, BS or BS4504 or DIN flanges
  • Optional control rods to limit movement
